Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States and Canada.

How it works

Every order is printed after you order it, by our print studio closest to you: orders to Canada are printed in Canada, and orders to the United States in the United States. If a print is larger than our Canadian studio can make, that item is printed in the United States and checkout tells you before you pay. An order printed in two studios ships in two parcels, each with its own tracking number.

How long it takes

• Artwork check: if you asked for our free check, about one business day, two for large or detailed artwork.
• Printing and delivery: Standard or Express, with the estimate for your address and order shown at checkout before you pay, from our print studios and carriers.

What it costs

Shipping is worked out for your address and order at checkout, before you pay. Standard shipping is free on orders of $200.00 (CA$280.00 in Canada) or more. Express is always charged.

Tracking

We email you the tracking number as soon as each parcel ships. You can follow your order at any time from the link in your order emails, or in your account.

Duties and taxes

Orders to Canada are printed in Canada wherever possible, so there are usually no import duties. Where an item has to come from the United States, any duties are shown at checkout or charged by the carrier.

Problems with delivery

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, write to hello@coolprez.com with your order number and we will make it right, as set out in our returns and reprints policy: returns and reprints. Please check your address carefully: we cannot change it once your order has gone to print.
