No. Order a single shirt or a hundred. Every item is printed one at a time after you order it.
T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, caps and tote bags, plus kids tees, toddler tees and baby bodysuits, in the colours shown on each product.
Yes. Upload artwork you made, bought the right to print or have permission to print, place it on the garment and see a picture of it before you pay.
Yes. Tell our designers your idea (names, dates, logos or group shirts) and they draw it for you, with a first draft in about 48 hours. Then you print one or a hundred.
Start a group order and share one link. Everyone picks their own size, each person pays or you pay for everyone, and the bigger the group, the better the price.
To addresses in the United States and Canada. Each order is printed by our studio closest to you: orders to Canada in Canada, and orders to the United States in the United States.
Your order is printed after you order it, then shipped. The estimate for your address, for Standard or Express, is shown at checkout before you pay. Our free artwork check adds about one business day.
Shipping is worked out for your address and order at checkout, before you pay. Standard shipping is free on orders of $200.00 (CA$280.00 in Canada) or more.
We email you the tracking number as soon as each parcel ships, and you can follow your order from the link in your order emails or in your account.
By card, Apple Pay or Google Pay on the secure page of our payment company, Stripe or Flutterwave, whichever you choose at checkout. Your card details go straight to them and never reach us.
US dollars, or Canadian dollars on our Canadian store. Shipping and any sales tax are added at checkout before you pay.
Yes, for a full refund until it goes to print. Write to hello@coolprez.com with your order number as soon as you can.
Every item is made for you, so we cannot take returns for a change of mind or a size or colour you chose. Please check sizes before you order.
We reprint it at no cost to you, or refund it if you prefer. Write to hello@coolprez.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem.
