Policy
Artwork and intellectual property
Last updated 15 October 2026.
What you can upload
You can print artwork you made yourself, artwork you have bought the rights to print, and artwork someone has given you permission to print. Photos you took, your own logo, your family name and your own words are all fine.
What we do not print
- Other people's work without their permission: brands and logos, characters from films, shows and games, sports teams, artists' work, and photos you did not take.
- Content that is hateful, harassing, violent, sexual or illegal.
- Anything that pretends to be official merchandise of a company, team or person.
Your confirmation
Before you can use an upload, you confirm that you made it or have permission to print it. We keep a record of that confirmation with the date and time. You are responsible for the artwork you send us.
How we check uploads
When you upload a file you choose whether our designers check it first. If you ask for the free check, someone on our team looks at your file before it is printed, cleans it up where they can and asks you for a better file if needed. Files printed as they are still wait a few hours after payment before they go to print, and we may look at any upload in that time.
Whichever you choose, if we find that a file uses work you do not have the rights to, or breaks this policy, we will not print it and you get a full refund.
If we decide not to print an order because of its artwork, we refund it in full.
Designs in our library
Designs in our library are drawn by our team, or added by customers who agreed to share them, with any personal details removed. You may print them on our products. You may not copy them for use elsewhere.
If someone used your work
If you believe something printed or shown on Coolprez uses your work without permission, email rights@coolprez.com with:
- your name and how to contact you;
- the work you own, and where we can see it;
- where it appears on Coolprez, or the order it was printed on, if you know;
- a statement that you own the work or act for the owner, and that the information you give is accurate.
We look at every report, stop printing anything that infringes, and remove it from the library. We may share your report with the person who uploaded the artwork.
