Privacy policy

What we collect, why, who helps us run the store, and the choices you have. Last updated 2 November 2026.

Coolprez is run by FIZEDGE PROJECTS.

What we collect

• Your email address, and your name if you give it, to send your order emails and let you sign in.
• Your shipping address and phone number if you give one, to deliver your order.
• What you order, the designs you make and the artwork you upload, to print your order.
• The last four digits and brand of your card, from our payment provider, to show on your receipt. We never see or keep your full card number.
• The messages you send us, to answer them.

How we use it

We use your details to make and deliver your order, send you emails about it, answer your questions, keep the records the law requires, and keep the store safe from fraud and abuse. We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing email unless you ask for it.

Your artwork

Artwork you upload is private: only you and the members of our team who work on your order can see it. It is only shared with the print studio that prints your order. We do not add your uploads to our library.

Who helps us run the store

We work with a small number of trusted companies, and we share with each only what it needs to do its job:

• A payment processor, to take your payment and work out sales tax. Your card details go straight to them; we never see your full card number.
• Our printing and shipping partners, to print your order and deliver it to you.
• An email service, to send our emails.
• Cloud providers, to host the website and keep our database, sign-in, artwork and print files.
• An error-reporting service, to tell us when something on the website breaks. Error reports carry no name, email, address or what you typed.

They may use your information only to do that work for us, and must keep it safe. If you would like the names of these companies, write to hello@coolprez.com.

Cookies

We only use the cookies the store needs to work: to keep you signed in, to remember your cart, to remember whether you shop in US or Canadian dollars, and to count how many pages you have opened, a plain number with nothing about you in it, so product photos take turns and you see a different photo on your next visit. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. If you turn on "Help us improve the store", we also count, anonymously, the steps of your visit (for example that a product was viewed or a cart started) under a random id that ends when you close your browser. We never link those counts to your name, email or account, nobody else receives them, and we delete them after 13 months. It stays off unless you turn it on. You can see and change your choice at any time with Cookie choices at the foot of every page.

Chats with our team

When you chat with us we keep what you write, any photo you send and, if you chat without an account, the name and email you give, so our team can answer and pick up where you left off. Photos are rebuilt before we keep them, which removes the camera and location details inside them. Only our team sees your chats; they see you by your username, and you see them by theirs. If you leave before we reply, we send the reply to your email. We delete a chat two years after its last message. Deleting your account deletes your chats sooner; to delete a chat you had without an account, write to hello@coolprez.com.

Reviews

After your order is delivered we may invite you to review it. A review you send shows your stars, your words and your photos with your first name and last initial only, never your full name, email or address. Our team checks every review before it goes up and may leave out any that show personal details or other people. Photos are rebuilt before we keep them, which removes the camera and location details inside them. To take a review down, write to hello@coolprez.com.

Store notices and offers

When a customer reaches a new level or places an order, the store may show other visitors a short notice such as "A customer in Toronto reached Squad". It names a city or state, never you, and you can turn it off in your account ("Celebrate my milestones"). We email offers only if you turn on "Email me offers" in your account, and every offer email has an unsubscribe link.

How long we keep it

Orders and payment records are kept for seven years, as tax law requires. Uploaded artwork is kept for two years after the last order that used it, then deleted. Your account stays until you ask us to delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account. Some records, like past orders, we must keep for tax purposes. Write to hello@coolprez.com and we will answer within 30 days. If you live in California or Canada, you have these rights under the law there too.

Children

Coolprez is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
