Terms of sale
The terms that apply when you order from Coolprez. Last updated 2 November 2026.
Who we are
Coolprez is run by FIZEDGE PROJECTS. We make custom clothing to order: designs from our library, your own artwork, or artwork our designers make for you. Each order is printed for you by our print studios in the United States and Canada and shipped to you.
Your order
When you place an order you choose the garment, colour, sizes and design, and you see a picture of it before you pay. Your order is a request to buy; it is accepted when we confirm it by email.
- Every item is made for you after you order, so please check sizes, colours, spelling and artwork before you pay.
- Colours on screen can look slightly different from printed colours.
- Print placement and size can vary slightly from the picture, within normal printing tolerances.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars, or Canadian dollars when you shop on our Canadian store, and include the garment and the printing shown. Shipping and any sales tax are added at checkout before you pay. Payments are taken by our payment processor; we never see or keep your card number. Your card statement may show FIZEDGE PROJECTS. If a price is wrong because of an obvious mistake, we will tell you before printing and you can cancel for a full refund.
Your artwork
You may only upload artwork you made, bought the right to print, or have permission to print. You confirm this for every upload, and you are responsible for it. Our artwork policy explains what we print and what we do not: artwork and intellectual property policy.
If you ask for our free artwork check, our designers look at your file before it prints and may clean it up or ask you for a better one. This adds about one business day, two for large or detailed artwork.
Designs from our library
You may print our library designs on our products for your own use or to give away. You may not copy them, resell them as artwork or use them elsewhere.
Cancelling, returns and reprints
You can cancel for a full refund until your order goes to print. Because every item is made for you, we do not take returns for a change of mind or a size you chose, but we reprint or refund anything misprinted, damaged or wrong. Delivery
We ship to the United States and Canada. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates from our print studios and carriers. Our shipping policy has the details: shipping policy.
Our responsibility
We make every order with care. If something is wrong, our responsibility is to reprint it or refund what you paid for it. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms. The terms in place when you ordered apply to that order.
